The company is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality of the positions of jobs or the resumes postal accuracy of the partculers or the suitability of the candidates to fill up the jobs.

The users shall note that there are risks, of any nature including physical harm, of dealing with foreign nationals, under aged persons, the men acting under false. Job posting and resume data features on the site of JobonSpot.Com may be used only for lawful purposes by the candidate�s seeking employment, employers looking for employees.

The company prohibits the users from doing the following : - (i) post jobs on any site containing hyperlinks hidden �Keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are misleading in a job posting are prohibited. (ii) Use any Job on Spot. Site resume database for any purpose other then an employer looking for employees, also to using the information of resume database to sell or promote any product or purpose or other services.
