Criteria to become an Outlet

A person to become an outlet for the website www.jobonspot.com should become mentally sound with a minimum level of education i.e. graduation. If the person himself / herself is not a graduate, he /she should have a graduate operator. www.jobonspot.com has Outlets in all big towns and cities of all districts of West Bengal or other states. Latter on its capacities will include all over India. There can be only one Recruiter Outlet and one Candidate Outlet in one town. A person before applying for Outlet of one place may open the website and find out whether in that particular place the position of Outlet is vacant or filled up.
   
To become a Recruiter Outlet -> A person should have the following capabilities.

  • 150 sq. ft of carpet area.
  • Internet connection with at least 2 Computers,1 CD Writer & 1 Dot Matrix Printer.
  • Area should be perfectly well decorated.
  • Should give a deposition of Rs. 5,000/- (Non refundable)(3000/- for Agency fee & 2000/- Business Amount) by at per cheque/demand draft favouring "Placement Services", no deposit in cash is acceptable.
  • Minimum two staff required for running Recruiter outlet on a monthly remuneration paid by the Recruiter outlet.  
  • Minimum One Telephone/Mobile Connection.
  • Document requirement-Trade license, rent receipt, voter id card/driving licenses/pan card,(For all document-1 copy Xerox  and original showing, if required xerox copy by courior)

Recruiter Outlet will deal only with the registration of employers.
A Recruiter outlet at its beginning will have to deposit Rs. 5000/- of which Rs. 3000/- will be his agency fee (www.jobonspot.com) charge ,the rest amount i.e Rs. 2000/- will be deposited in that particular Recruiter Outlet’s account which will be activated as a prepaid system. The total procedure will be operated online. Now (www.jobonspot.com) has two types of registration for employers. They are Rs. 25/-(post job) and Rs.225/-(view 10 profiles) * If an employer register himself for Rs. 25/- he can show his Name, Company Name , Sector which is vacant Educational Qualification required. For the vacancies so on and so forth. For this registration the employer have to visit to the particular Recruiter Outlet of his town or the nearest town.* an employer can also see unlimited candidate profile according to his requirement based on numerous options and criteria. There are numerous options and criteria candidates qualification ( Educational / Professional ), Experience , Time period of experience , figure ( Chest & Height) , age and the list continues . Among these unlimited profiles an employer can choose the best 10 according to his needs . And here comes the role of a job register. The employer can do the previous work from any Internet cyber café or from his personal computer with internet connection. But he is required to see the postal address, phone no, e-mail id , user ID(contact details) etc  of  these 10 candidates he should go to  the Recruiter Outlet of his area and register for Rs. 225/- . It will be continued in multiple ways .The Recruiter Outlet can register that particular person to  www.jobonspot.com by putting his outlet code or Password.
For the registration of Rs. 25/- Recruiter Outlet will get Rs. 10 and Rs. 15 will be deducted from his account balance(i.e Rs 2000/-) which was deposited to placement services by him at the beginning, for registration of Rs. 225/- Recruiter Outlet receive Rs.100/- and Rs. 125 will be deducted from his account . View 10 profiles will be continued in multiple ways .
 . When the balance falls to Rs. 1000/- the Recruiter Outlet will have to deposit another Rs.500/-or1000/-or 2000/-or3000/-or 4000/-or 5000/- the procedure will continue this way.
At the beginning to become a Recruiter Outlet a person will have to apply by depositing Rs. 5000/- . If the position of Recruiter Outlet remains vacant in that particular place, then our Relationship executive will have the right to visit the person and tape the survey of the area . Then our outlet activator write visit him and demonstrate the total procedure and write give his secret outlet code . The total employer market of the particular place will be under his responsibility for which he will be liable to the marketing executive of www.jobonspot.com

Rules & Regulations

  • During Applying for Recruiter/Candidate Outlet there should be deposition of Rs. 5000/- by  at per cheque /demand draft in favor of placement services, deposit of fees in cash is not acceptable.
  • If the Criteria to become a Recruiter/Candidate Outlet is found to be false from any point during visit by our Relationship executive then there will be a fine of 20% of deposition .
  • Recruiter/Candidate Outlet will be totally responsible for employer sole of that particular area.
  • If the sale is found false then he will be answerable to the our executive of www.jobonspot.com
  • If there is a spontaneous fall in the employer market of that area or target is not achieved continuously then the outlet code of that particular outlet will be deactivated.
  • Outlet can’t take any online service agency / franchisees / etc.
  • No outlet can charge any extra amount of money from employer other than the fixed rates of Rs. 25/- and Rs. 225/- (It will be continued in multiple ways as per package basis)
  • If any candidate by chance call  or visit a job outlet  he write refer the match to customer care and Helpline.
  • Recruiter Outlet should never collect /receive more amount of money in excess of the fixed rates from the candidate or recruiter .If he receives excess money then he will be liable personally.
  • Any amount deposited to wards outlet fees or deposit money are not refundable under any circumstances even if any member chooses to with draw his membership.
  • Placement services reserves the right to cancel the agency of any outlet if he doesn’t /can’t fulfill the monthly targets.
  • Before registering a candidate /recruiter the outlet should be liable for clicking/showing the terms & conditions to the candidate/recruiter and issue them a copy details of their registration.
  • outlet should not collect any type of excess money other than the fixed registration fees .
  • outlet should give necessary training to candidate or recruiter /candidate to conduct the searching starting from 225/- packages. Half an hour allocated for training in specific time.
  •  Placement services will have the right to cancel the agency of any outlet at any time without any notice in case of any default/negligence is found on the part of outlet.
  • Placement services prohibits on outlet from taking up any kind of other on-line agency or franchise.
  • The company or placement services reserve the right to take legal action against an outlet if he cheats, or deceives a candidate or Recruiter or www.jobonspot.com. further in case of  any offence committed by an outlet he will be held liable personally.
  • All legal disputes assisng out of the transaction between the "Placement Services" and will be settled under the juridiction of the Burdwan court.
