Recruiter Help ---

Register => Login => Search candidate => View Job Summery => View Contact Details => if Not Enough Balance then => Order => Payment => view Contact Details.

Login => Post Job => if Not enough Balance then => Order => Payment => Post Job.

First of all every recruiter need to register in the site to use all the features of the
site.

Recruiter Registration ---

Registration in the site is very simple and currently provided free as a special offer.

To Register in the site recruiter have to click on the "Post Job Vacancies" or "New Recruiters" like in the candidate homepage or click the Register link in the right hand recruiter homepage of the recruiter section.

After clicking on the link a recruiter registration form will come up.

In the top of the recruiter registration form there is a option called Select Package, here are two options one is "Post Job", which is used to post your required jobs in the site so that the candidates can contact you for their desired jobs, or if you just wants to navigates through the site to see all the features then select this package . You can post up to 30 jobs for FREE which is currently a limited time offer from the site.

The second package is "View 10 Profile" which is needed when you wants to view the contact details of the registered candidates in the site.

so select the desired package and the qty and fill the rest of the form, the rest of the form is pretty self explanatory.

In the bottom of the form you will find "Payment Method"

There are 3 options ---
1) Through Outlet - If you are registering through an outlet of JobOnSpot.com then the outlet will fill this up for you.
2)Direct Payment - Please fill out your payment details here.
3) Free Registration - This is only applicable for Post Job.

After filling the form Click Register button at the bottom of the form.

after that you will be provided with a confirmation.

Search Candidate ---

To Search candidates you need to login to your a/c first.

after login to your account click on the "Search Candidate" link on the right side of the site, after clicking the link the search candidate form will come.
select the appropriate option you need for the desired candidate and click "Search" button.
A list of matched candidate summery will appear in the list. click on each candidate to see the details of that particular candidate. if you think that the candidate is suited for you then click on the link below "View Contact Details" to view the contact details of the candidate. a message box will appear for your confirmation, click on ok to continue and cancel to go back. If you have enough balance to view the details then you will be redirected to the page where you can view the full contact details, and if you don’t have the balance to view the contact details you will be redirected to the order page. make the corresponding order to continue.

Job Post ---

To Post Jobs you need to login to your a/c first.

after login to your account click on the "Post Jobs" link on the right side of the site, after clicking the link the post job home page will come.
Here you can see how many jobs you have posted and your current job post balance. you can also view the list of posted jobs from here and also can edit/delete them.

To post a new job click Post New Jobs, after that the job post form will come, the jobs post form is very much self-explanatory, so select the desired options and fill the form and click the Post Job button at the bottom of the page. your job is posted for 90 days.

if you don’t have enough job post balance then you will be redirected to the order page. make the corresponding order to continue.
