The company is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality of the positions of jobs or the resumes postal accuracy of the partculers or the suitability of the candidates to fill up the jobs.

The users shall note that there are risks, of any nature including physical harm, of dealing with foreign nationals, under aged persons, the men acting under false. Job posting and resume data features on the site of JobonSpot.Com may be used only for lawful purposes by the candidate’s seeking employment, employers looking for employees.

The said user further unequivocally declares that in case he violates any provisions of the Information Technology Act and/or rules, regulations, he shall alone be responsible for all his acts, deeds and things and that he shall alone be liable for civil and crime all liabilities or any other low in force. “Placement Services” shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concern the user’s account and/or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards/debit cards and or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and need whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.
